Family-friendly condo resort with six swimming pools on the Kona Coast
Accommodations
Holua Resort offers spacious one- and two-bedroom resort suites that sleep four to six guests. Each suite includes a full kitchen, a private lanai, and an in-unit washer/dryer for convenience. Two-level unit layouts provide separate living and sleeping areas, with private bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

The resort has 6 outdoor swimming pools, 6 hot tubs, and 8 tennis courts spread across lush tropical gardens. Guests have access to 20 pickleball courts and 8 barbecue grilling areas for outdoor cooking. A newly renovated fitness center and complimentary parking are available on-site.
